Print On Boxes

Creating a custom printed large box is best left to professionals, but printing your own small box designs can be done at home. The box, when completely unfolded, must be smaller than a sheet of paper for it to print on a standard printer. With some basic materials as well as image editing software, you can print your own graphics, designs and address information directly on your small boxes.

Instructions

1. Choose a box template. You can create your own by carefully opening a box along every seam until the box can lay flat on a sheet of card stock. Many printable templates also are available online. If you get a printable template and it is not blank, print it and make your own.

2. Make a blank template by tracing the shape of the unfolded box on card stock. Scan the sheet with the blank template.

3. Arrange the images and information you want to print on the blank template in your image editing software.

4. Print the document with the images and information.

5. Cut out the box from the card stock and assemble it with glue.
