History
Hale Koa, which translates as House of the Warrior, was originally part of a large parcel of land owned and used by the U.S. military from 1905 to 1975 as part of Fort DeRussy. The base played a vital role during WWII, which added to the island's rich history. The diverse selection of food on the menus highlights local island cuisine.
