The headquarters of International Cruise & Excursions is in Scottsdale, Arizona, a city near Phoenix. Phoenix does not have an ICE office, but the Scottsdale branch regularly advertises job and career opportunities in Phoenix. The Scottsdale headquarters is responsible for coordinating all of the aspects relating to ICE Enterprises' corporate interests, including products, sub-companies and affiliated corporate brands.

ICE is focused on travel and cruise packages and the various businesses and concerns that influence travel and cruise companies.
