Create Alerts to stay informed.
You can search for Blogs on any subject using Google Alert. When you create a Google Alert a listing of Blogs will be sent to your email for you to consider. This is a good way of studying Blogs in your field with a specialized Blog search tool. You can create several Alerts in different categories to become informed on subjects of your choice. Create a Google Alert
1. Blogs Sent to Your Email
Open the More tab at the top of the page on Google and choose "Even More." Choose "Alerts" so you can create an Alert on your favorite type of Blog. Google will notify you through email of any Blogs in the category you have chosen. The Google Alert will search for you, and deliver the results to your email.
2. Create an Alert
Chose the Type tab from the Google Alert page, and then chose Blogs. Specify how often you want to receive Blogs, how many you would like included in your Email, and type in your Email address. You can chose up to 50 blogs on any subject to be delivered to your email once a day.
3. Google Blogs
Google Blogs is another way of searching for relevant blogs but will not deliver the results to your email. Google Blogs may be the top search engine for blogs on the internet and lists various categories for you to choose. Search for blogs in your specialty with a professional search engine, or list your own blog with Google.
4. Manage Multiple Alerts
Create multiple Alerts on Google to be sent to your email. Master those subjects which interest you with an Alert, so that you are current in several subjects at once. When you are finished with a search category, you can Edit the Alert and Cancel. You can do this in the Manage your Alerts section.
5. Open Your Email
Open your email every day to see the Google Alerts with the relevant Blogs. You can become a specialist in your field with the Google Alert program, similar to a skilled reference librarian. Google can help you become profitable, and well informed with the Google Alert program.
