Make Mr Krabs From Legos

Coordinating knobs and holes make it easy to build characters from Legos.

Several Lego kits that revolve around the television show "Spongebob Squarepants," include the Mr. Krabs character. Mr. Krabs, fictional owner of the Krusty Krab restaurant, works with his friends, Spongebob and Squidward. Like most Lego characters, users must assemble the preformed Mr. Krabs parts. Once he's put together, Mr. Krabs features adjustable arms and legs that attach to the raised knobs of a Lego floor panel.

Instructions

1. Identify each character in your Lego set, so that you can avoid using pieces that are not intended to be part of the Mr. Krabs assembly.

2. Organize the pieces, if necessary. Place the yellow Spongebob pieces in one category. Place the green Squidward pieces in another. Place the red and blue Mr. Krabs pieces in a separate category. Move all of the building blocks, such as the dumpster sides and restaurant walls, into a different pile.

3. Grasp the dark blue Mr. Krabs legs in one hand. Grasp the light blue Mr. Krabs torso in the other hand.

4. Align the two holes on the bottom of the torso with the two raised knobs of the legs. Slide the raised knobs of the legs into the holes of the torso, until you hear a "click."

5. Grasp the red Mr. Krabs head.

6. Align the hole on the Mr. Krabs head with the raised knob on the top of the torso. Slide the knob of the torso into the hole on the Mr. Krabs head.
