There are many online tools that allow you to create an array of online brochures. Many of these tools allow you to create free online brochures that you can print off as well. Others allow you to create online and then have them professionally printed and mailed to you. The creating process is easy, and there are plenty of templates for you to choose from in order to create a look that will tie into your school project.
Instructions
1. Choose a brochure maker tool. Two popular tools are My Brochure Maker and Vistaprint. They both work in the same way. My Brochure Maker allows you to print from home on your own printer, while Vistaprint will print up to 25 copies for free and mail them to you. If you have extra time, you may want to use Vistaprint for a more professional look. However, if you are in a pinch, choose My Brochure Maker since you can print them and have them ready to go the minute you have finished designing them. Also, you can save them on the websites and access them in class instead of printing them or having them printed.
2. Log in to your chosen tool by accessing the website. Then choose "Create Brochure" on Vistaprint or "Get Started" on My Brochure Maker.
3. Choose a template that you think fits your school project best. Be sure to look through them before you choose the first one. There are hundreds to choose from between the two tools.
4. Enter in all of the content you'd like throughout your brochure. Both tools allow you to place content where you choose on your brochure. Be sure to add everything you want to express for your school project, and check to make sure it is spelled correctly. This is especially important if you are using Vistaprint, since once you order the copies, you can not cancel the order. My Brochure Maker allows for a little more error room, since you have the ability to print yourself. If you choose to print them yourself, consider buying a heavier paper that allows the brochures to have a more professional feel. You can purchase this paper at most local discount or office supply stores for a reasonable price.
5. Send the order to Vistaprint, or print off your brochures from My Brochure Maker.
