Destination weddings typically require guests to travel from different places. Carry out the travel theme by using luggage name tags for several purposes at your destination wedding. Instructions
1. Write on the name cards that come with the luggage tags, or use card stock cut to fit. Print the name and table number of each guest with a permanent marker and set the cards aside to dry.
2. Insert the name cards into the luggage tags. Position each card so the name is shown clearly.
3. Put the tags in alphabetical order and store until you set up the seating arrangement table.
4. Place the luggage tags on the seating arrangement table in alphabetical order. This makes it easy for guests to find their name, pick up their tag and find their table.
5. Encourage guests to take the luggage tag with them when they leave the reception. Guests can complete the contact information card and attach the luggage tag to their suitcase as they head back home.
