5. Obtain licenses such as business, wholesale and liquor licenses. Hire an attorney to look over lease terms before signing. Solicit an accountant to monitor finances. Find a reasonable liquor, beer and wine wholesaler. Buy relevant equipment or lease some to free up budget costs. Hire employees. Train them accordingly on the rules and regulation of the establishment. Perfect the finishing touches on the bar and nightclub.
6. Conduct a serious marketing campaign. Advertise on the radio, newspaper and online. Open accounts on social networking sites to add people and prospective patrons. Advise family, friends and acquaintances of the opening date. Develop a company website that displays contact information and business events. Stage a grand opening.
