Use colorful ribbons to tie them to a fresh pineapple placed in the center of each table. The height of the balloons can vary depending on whether you are looking to create centerpieces right at the table or would like them to float a bit into the air.
Fresh Fruit
For a simple centerpiece that can be eaten after the party has ended, purchase coconuts, bananas, pineapples, papayas and mangoes. Arrange the fruit in the center of each table by propping them up against each other. For some added fun, prop a straw hat up against one side of the fruit and place a hula dancer statue next to it.

Sand and starfish will bring a touch of the beach to your table. To create the centerpiece, fill tall, rectangular glass vases with approximately 2 inches of sand. Then press in a colorful pillar candle and small starfish, which can lean against each side of the candle.
